I will use that idea but in a different way, I will use 20 prisoners, 40 prisoners, 60 prisoners or 30 prisoners then 60 prisoners, etc... Because other people did with the 25 and 50 numbers of prisoners, and I don't want to copy any idea :D And thanks I was thinking about that but I thought that people didn't care very much about that :)

Can you give grants for researching? For example a grant for researching all the Security Chief upgrades?

there should be a grant that is for fencing your prison with perimiter walls fences and road gates

Is it possible to fix the prision capacity increases and other grants being cover by the green percentage completion , by the moving the text dialogue out of the space that the green percentage completion is in down one line (possible filling with spaces)?
