Looks like the mod i recently added Vanilla Animals Expanded - waste animals (or maybe when i changed some settings on Regrowth Core?) is at fault?

ReGrowth: Wastelands (also recently added to mod list) has RG_Toxirrel in so its probably this mod
Sorry but its a pain to check exactly because it takes around an hour to load this game
