Does this stop the "cloaking" submarine issue?
Does this mod fix the cloakinf ability that late game submarines have? Because I see that there is a lvl 4 Sonar, but it actually work against the late game subs? Or am I looking at the wrong techonology and missing something else that should be looked at instead or works with the lvl 4 sonar?

Cloaking? You mean the ridiculous sub_visibility level of late-game subs? The added sonar tech helps address that. I recently run a couple long games (well into the early 1950s) against the Japanese and used the new sub carriers armed with naval bombers in the anti-submarine warfare role to good effect. Still, certain module combinations give subs almost cancerous sub_visibility levels in late game so the added sonars and other new tools are necessary to counter their abilities.
