you need to install tf2 on your pc, you can serch it up on gmod but it'll say "team fortress 2 needed"

Yes that would remove reflections in which some items when you load break the entire reflection of itself turning it pink.

did you mount it?

i think i know how to fix this,

fix 1: try (re)installing team fortress 2. the eye models are from tf2 and require tf2 to appear.
fix 2: type mat_specular 0 into the console. this removes reflections and stops it from being pink.
fix 3: only do this as a last resort. reinstall the whole mod.
