All covenant except the elites don't have death animation

Grunts, hunters, and jackals are just standing there with negative hp. Why's this happening?

Also yeah the half-life 2 snpcs ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ suck the person that made them doesn't know how to make an addon that doesn't conflict with others.
