How do you change to the new Z level? I had a colonist use the stairs and it generated, but I can't figure out how to interact with the new Z level, or even how to view it.

how to abandonn/delete a layer? I've read it some where but can't figure it out

So with Power Transfer columns being a thing now....how the heck do they work? Do I put a column, then a power conduit above/below it,or do I need a column on each level?
