how does the power column work?
ive put the column in the same place on the surface and my underground layer and no power is being transfered. is there a trick im missing or is it a mod config issue

This method (column to column) works for me. Try to disable other mods that modifying electricity to find compatiblity issue.

that fixed it, i was running a mod that made power cables invisable. thanks :stardrop:

Just a bit here... Power column was working fine on the second floor... until I connected batteries to its grid. Now there's no transmission. =/

yeah i got problem too with column i had 2 one in my cave and one in my house and when i build one on the roof, columns stoped to work even if energy are incoming from my cave

I am having power column issues here as well. No transfer up or down between buildings and no transfer beyond the main level. I went through and turned off and on some mods like the auto light switch but I am not getting any change in the power columns.
