Not fixing batteries Z levels

Batteries from other Z levels don't seem to ever be fixed, the only way to do so is to force them to pick up components, make them go downstairs, drop the components and then make them repair them. Would be real nice if bots could use Z levels too.

Would be amazing to have some plumbing compatibility with Hygene, maybe a seperate plugin for pillars that transfer plumping between levels? Also, the pillars occassionally stop working and I don't really know what causes it.
