Research?
This is probably a stupid question but how do I get into the technology tab to research? I started out as just a regular commoner but now I have a lot of guys that I can't actually put into a line since it says I haven't researched the tech.

you have to be a faction leader. and when you are a leader you go into the reports tab.

So I won't ever be able to put my guys in an actual formation unless I become a faction leader?
