Increase Artillery Damage

Is there a way to edit the damage of artillery? I've seen entrenched AI survive headshots from cannons and it just doesn't make sense. Is there somewhere in the files where I can change the amount of damage cannon rounds use?

I'd be very interested in this too!

Took a direct hit with a howitzer kneeling down and it did me 14 damage, whats the point of them?!
