Custom Faction Machine Guns and Heavy Howitzers
Anyone found that with their own faction they can't recruit machine guns or heavy howitzers, despite having the tech?

I've been my own faction from the beginning (1861) by conquering Morocco, it took a while for my generals to use artillery but even I can't employ machine guns or heavy howitzers. They have been set up and equipped in the faction troop tree, is this a bug or am I missing something very obvious?

I have the same problem. I can't recruit my custom MGs and Heavy Howitzers on my Armoury, but if I use the unlock all technology cheat, I am able to recruit my custom MGs and Heavy Howitzers.
