from the head dev "etween Empires Warband mod development has stopped in December 2021 (reasons described below) with content for 1919 start date half-done.
Following nations received post-WW1 uniform progression after 1.0 release:
Germany
Austria
Poland
Hungary
Czechoslovakia
Lithuania

I am releasing mod in both standalone WSE2 and vanilla versions in state it was in December 2021 (when latest Github commit was), using latest WSE2 version.
WSE2 mod version is more stable than vanilla, but can have issues that are not present in vanilla due to interpretting mod code differently than Warband does.
I don't want to release these in ModDB or Steam Workshop because both uniforms and latest mechanics added since 1.0 release weren't finished. v1.0 is still the most playable and stable version.

Reasons why I have stopped developing the mod:
Personal life - now I have much less free time than I had in 2021 when I developed previous versions of BE.
Gameplay/genre limitations - mod significantly changes gameplay mechanics of the game to the point it has changed it's genre from roleplay 3rd person game to real-time strategy. I'm interested in further genre shift but that would require throwing RPG aspect out of the game, which is barely possible in M&B mod.
Technical limitations - while WSE2 solves most techincal issues vanilla mod version had, it still has a problem of RAM maximum memory allocation being around 3.5 GB (usual for 32 bit applications), while mod usually needs a little bit more. This results in "EXCEPTION_OUT_OF_MEMORY" crashes during battles even in WSE2 mod version, and the more uniforms I add, the more crashes I experience in battles.

Main changes in game mechanics since 1.0 were:
Low values of military supplies (you can see them in Reports) will cause your army to use previous tech weapons and spawn less artillery than you actually have in your party;
Soldiers recruitment in villages was replaced by automatic adding troops to player's party. Rebels can still be recruited in villages and automatic reinforcements can be disabled in camp action menu;
Player now is able to build new factories as faction leader if his faction government is monarchy.

To complete the 1919 start date, next faction uniforms should be done:
Yugoslavia;
Latvia;
Estonia;
Ukraine;
Ireland
Soviet Union;
White Movement;
Some existing factions should have new uniforms for post WW1 timeline.
Since mod is open source on Github, you are free to complete missing uniforms and implement them into the mod.
