However, the mod uses the original "LWS" prefix, so the Shinobi should say "LWS_Shinobi X2SoldierClassTemplate" instead of "LWOTC_Shinobi X2SoldierClassTemplate".
Anyone looking to actually use the mod in LWOTC should go into the mod Config folder / XComClassData.ini and replace all "LWOTC" prefix with "LWS". I'm not sure why its incorrect, since it doesn't seem to have ever changed from LW2.
Happy hunting, Commanders.

The first line may help with what you need
PISTOL_MOVEMENT_BONUS=1
You're both GOAT
After seeing this post I changed that from 1 to 2, and it made things worse. I set it to 0 and pistols in the primary would incur a -1 mobility penalty. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? I'm tempted to put a negative number in there to see what happens but I dont want to break something.
I actually found what is causing it!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been doing a ton of digging to find it myself because it has been driving me nuts.
The change is actually in ModJam; the ModJam overwrite is in... Config/True Primary Secondaries/XCom TruePrimarySecondaries.ini for... well you know, ModJam
Update:
I went ahead and booted up my game with this and it seems to not have changed anything so at this point I am genuinely confused as what is overwriting it. HOWEVER, I was loading a save and it might work with a new game
Yeah, screw you too.
Been a while since I scrolled through here, but this made me lol. I de-nerfed a bunch of stuff on my own playthrough as well.
