near the hangers there is a building with a green roof (not to be confused with the large building with green roof) once you enter the building you will see two doors, go to the right door which will lead you to a stairwell go down and open a door then you'll see some boilers so no-clip over them and you'll find a orange box (may be a reference to the orange box), you're welcome bro.
