Really neat idea! 4/5 stars

The visuals for this campaign are pitch perfect and the sound effects are just as good. Hearing an angry beep every time a force field stopped me from going down a forbidden road always got a chuckle out of me. I also like the emphasis on opening optional secret doors and collecting health power-ups. And gosh, the music that plays at the start of every chapter! It sets the tone perfectly.

However, not everything is perfect. It's hard to tell what you can interact with because there's usually no glow around the switches you need to activate to progress. The finale was also a bit confusing because I fought three waves & Tanks before rescue arrived, instead of the usual two. Overall, more instructor hints are needed.

Other than that, I think this is well worth a playthrough. The real-to-virtual transitions alone are worth a download! It only took me an hour to cruise through all five maps and I had a fun time.
