Disable Cheap Scopes in Options > ArcCW > Client > Cheap Scopes.

Ik but.... It would look kinda cool seeing Russian steel surplus ammo being ejected out. Like this AK is using Russian ammo and not Capitalist Brass ammo. But it's your choice!
