1.6 Class System - new game start required?
as per the subject.

Related: I'm on a barren Metal Planet but no Polaris Mission in PDA: do I need to find a new Planet (to have it populated with 1.6 stuff) or new game start?

For the Class System, using the command "pda rd" should reload the PDA and reveal any new content.

You'll need to complete the mission Industrial Concern for the new repeatables to appear while on a planet.
However, it seems I forgot to add the Red Planet mission to be unlocked, so i'll need to hotfix that one. The Desert one should work as intended.
