I did the first 2 chapters up through Cloak and Dagger. It says Garrison will provide me with little side jobs before the big heist, but there's no dialogue option to talk to him. I was just wondering if this is an unfinished storyline or a bug or if I actually have to wait a certain amount of time before I get a new mission.

Also a side note on the sneaking into the server room in Kenex station job, I went through the back door with the code but the guards walked into that backway right by the door and just stayed there the entire time. I don't know if sending my drone in first to scout caused that or what but they wouldn't move out of the back area at all.
