Love a lot of the changes you've made, but, I noticed on the CV shields (didn't check others) that the written values aren't what is being displayed when it is installed on the ship.

For example, the Standard Shield is rated at 4000HP, but when installed it is only giving 3780. The Advanced is rated at 8000 and gives 7780. And the lower level CV shield, the one designed like an oversized SV shield says 1500HP and is giving 1280.

Is this something to do with the new Capacitors and Generators for shields?

I know installing those will help the shield ratings, but was just confused why they aren't giving what is listed.
