Hotfix

- Fixed typos in sub-class mission description incorrectly stating 50 instead of 20 in the pop-up.
- Fixed bug with Engineer Main Class not correctly awarding skill bonus for level 4>5 so couldn't choose a subclass.

Note: If you've reached Engineer level 5 already in your savegame, the event cannot be retriggered. You will need to use (or get an admin to use if in MP) the console command: "give item Token 4013" to obtain a Naval Commendation, which can be used in the Class Level screen to manually increase your class level by 1; Allowing
