Can't host an Elver server

this server is using a modified version of the map

Disappearing buildings.

i hosted some servers for a couple of years now but since i started hosting the elver map, bases have been disappearing for some reason. The config files are vanilla and i have no plugin like wrekingball so i really dont know what the problem could be. please help thx.

the canadian blessing has Unturned

Bases decay after 3.5 days of inactivity. By default I believe it is 7 days but Elver has this setting overridden.
