remove bunkers from elver

bunkers from elver are way too ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ op on multiplayer.
some are bad and easy to raid
bunker B is impossible with the right setup even tho u can afk hordes still might take u 10k+ high cal which is ABSURD and u still wont be able to fully raid it
remove them.
