Report a translation problem
It was not easy decision between gameplay and reality. The mod should be realistic but also it should be interesting in terms of game design. So 17% of L is a kind of balance. It's not too rare because 17% is high enough but not too often to challenge you. Also you are able to wear M and it's ok until you run, climb etc. And even if you rip it accidently, it's only one hole and it's not often.
So I think 17% is a good number, isn't it?
