Modified version with payment for extra tracks
So I've made a slightly modified version:

- You actually pay for extra generated tracks, they aren't free anymore.
- A (very) rough estimate of price is displayed when building (not perfect, but better than a complete lie)
- Compatibility with Dynamic Infrastructure Costs mod (to support build cost scaling)
