i dont see any supply caches to destroy
also i killed everyone but the "conquer the entirety of jeliza" one isnt completed
not a big deal because ive already basically finished it, i just dont get to see whatever "end screen" it might have

@12:00 in the video by ShermanBy. They can be destroyed by any explosive. The indicator is located on the objective menu and you'll notice when they have been destroyed as the vehicle icon is no longer on the minimap.

the indicator was pointing at some empty house
i ended up screwing around a bit and found a french guy in a wagon, blew it up and completed the objective

That is because there are multiple pointers on the map for 1 single objective, therefore it centers the camera. You should look at the minimap and the map for arrows as an indication.
