Firstly I really apologize for answering so late. After the last update I put this mod on a big hiatus because I had other things that I wanted to focus on, mostly school work and other interests of mine.
I'm glad that you like the mod and I truly appreciate that you openly discuss your concerns about the mods current status. I recently picked up the mod again and right now I'm working on a small update that adds more costume support for most of Hat Kid's costumes and adding a somewhat working workaround to a bug where when you switch to Hilda and then back to Hat Kid, Hat Kid's bones will not use translation from the animation but only rotate when an animation is being played (This is issue can clearly be seen when using the helper hat).
I haven't seen the 2nd season of Hilda but when I will have the time to watch it, I will make sure to take notes and see if I can add anything new to the mod, maybe new voice lines and costumes? I'm sure it will have plenty of content for me to put into this mod.

Dayum, you've actually answered just in time. I'm happy to hear that the development is going again! I absolutely understand why it took so long now, thanks for explanation. And yeah, I'll try to create another discussion where everyone who played the mod can share their concerns, found bug\glitches, critique and suggestions. I hope you already saw SpookyBurrito's comment with detailed critique of the mod's current flaws. Maybe he can share more of his thoughts about the mod!
