People cant join my games
everytime when i play online nobody can join my lobby ?

console says :

Make sure you always have this command in the console or an autoexec file when you or your friends / people have other mods.

It is a cfg file that allows you to save commands that you change that do not require cheats, but are from the cl. To modify the game. Here is a guide how to have the autoexec file:
