Just in this guide are all the commands on the admin system:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=213591107

Also more commands to change the game mode are sv, cl, mp, sb, nb, etc.
https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/List_of_L4D2_Cvars

With some commands that require using sv_cheats 1 (something that the admin system does not need), you must put together with the command !cvar

For example:
chatbox: !cvar sv_infinite_ammo 1 console: scripted_user_func cvar,sv_infinite_ammo,1

You can also create a file "cvars.txt" and put it in the folder "ems / admin system" (along with the other files "admins", "banned" and "settings"). And put the commands inside the file, for example:
god "1" "sv_infinite_ammo" "1" sv_gravity 200 scripted_user_func give,all,rifle_m60 scripted_user_func max_health,all,300

And every time you start the game, the commands will be put at the value you put in the file and if you change those same commands, for each map reset they will go back to how they were inside the file (except for the commands that you did not put in the file) .
