Where do I exactly put my admin.txt in my dedicated server file? I've already input my Steam ID in admin_simple.ini and admin.cfg, able to use sourcemod admin no problem, but problem still persists with admin.txt

Reason why I'm setting up in dedicated server is to host 16 players and allow admins to have more options to do.
