I hear that with remote control blocks or even just ships that dock on the same base/ship, it's wise to name your groups differently from one another. For example, my friend and I both had a "Thrusters" group and a "Batteries" group in many of our ships. When docked, we'd often want to turn off our thrusters and recharge our batteries. We noticed that other random ships would have their batteries turned to auto mode and thrusters turned on. It started working better when we named thruster groups with an initial or something to indicate which ship it belongs to, such as "Thrusters Digger 1" or "Batteries PD1." Perhaps it could help with this scenario, too, but I know little about programmable blocks and scripts.
