Stats because I think this should be a weapon rather than a cosmetic
Pretty much a thread in regards to what stats you think it should have as a weapon

The Comet Punchers
Level 1 Fists (Soldier Melee)

Hold fire: Charge up your punch to kill your x/z momentum and dash towards your desired direction.

Full charge is required to kill momentum. Partial charges/tap firing will still preserve it.

(-) No downsides, as this would likely be a downgrade from the Disciplinary Action.

Here's my stats idea. Not sure if it'd be balanced, but I did my best:

Primary Fire: Basic melee attack (Similar to Heavy, except primary uses both fists)

Secondary Fire: Charge up a slower, but stronger melee hit. Deals minicrits upon successful hit.

(+) +40% faster firing speed.

(+) +15% faster move speed while active.

(-) No random critical hits.

(-) Deals -15% less damage.

(-) The Weapon deploys -50% slower.
