What is the problem you're having exactly? Any error msgs?

Sub does not show at all for me in the game, despite it being in the mod list and active it's not available in game or in the sub editor.

Same problem, but my situation is only this sub can't work

no error msgs :d just can't find this sub in game can't open new save, but i can continue my old saves with this sub.

I pushed an update on the sub and double checked settings on my side. I cant see any reason you wouldnt be able to see it.

emmm i think i know the reason, i checked this mod in the folder
Steam\steamapps\common\Barotrauma\Mods\Sweet Pea SK it only have .xml files, missing the .sub file

i try to download this mod with steam workshop downloader and it shows the file size is 303Bytes is same as the local files, i guess the server don't have this .sub files not the download's problem😱

Super weird.. any idea on how to fix that?

I believe i have fixed the problem. Thanks guys for understanding.
