As of now More Bloodlines has its own models for the Hightower, GP of Mereen, The Wall, and some other wonders.
Here is a list of wonders you should definitely add--
1) THE WALL
-nothing needs to be said here
2) The Five Forts
-basically the massive YiTish version of the Wall made of the signature black stone found in other ancient wonders like the Hightower and Dragonstone
3) Highgarden
-the show really screwed it up, but in the books it's a huge castle-town that has been there since the first Gardener kings in the Age of Heroes. It also has a very grand garden XD
4) Casterly Rock
-built INTO a mountain said to be as tall as the Wall overlooking the Sunset Sea. It's grandness is a testament to the wealthy Lannisters
5) Eyrie
-built during the Andal Invasion by Artys Arryn, it's similar to Casterly Rock in that it's built atop a mountain. It's more famous for its almost complete impregnability because of how high up it is on the Giant's Lance.
6) Winterfell
-I think anything built by Brandon the Builder should be considered as a wonder. Winterfell is massive considering how small Northern castles usually are in comparison with their southron neighbors. Things like the hot springs, the crypts with tombs for nearly every Stark king, and ancientness make it a wonder of Planetos.
7) Dragonstone
-It was built by the Valyrian dragonlords as an outpost of the empire and it's basically the last remnant of the Freehold if you don't count Volantis. The fortress is massive and has the signature black stone I mentioned earlier. The World book says that the castle was built using Valyrian magic, and it has a lot of unique "dragon" architecture such as the numerous statues of dragons, wyverns, etc... It has also been the seat of every Targaryen prince until Robert's Rebellion of course.
8) Storm's End
-It was also built by the legendary Brandon the Builder, like Winterfell and the Wall. There are a lot of legends around it as it has been around since the Durrandons in the Age of Heroes until Aegon gave it to Orys Baratheon. The castle is massive and it's known for being nearly impregnable like the Eyrie if well-defended. The Reachmen had a hard time sieging the castle during Robert's Rebellion even though Stannis hardly had any men.
MAYBES--
9) Harrenhal
-until Aegon the Conqueror torched if Harren completed it it would've been the biggest castle in Westeros. Even in its ruined state it's still one of the largest Westerosi castles and a mysterious place--basically every house that has held the castle has died out quickly (curse of Harrenhal)
10) Grey King's Hall on Old Wyk
-it is mostly a ruin now, but this was where the Ironborn held their Kingsmoots for centuries since the Age of Heroesto decide the next High King of the Iron Islands. In the legends it was where the Grey King (progenitor of the Ironborn) used Nagga's (evil sea snake he killed) bones into his hall.
11) Chroyane
-another Rhoynish ruin with the once famous Palace of Love and probably the richest city along the Rhoyne until the Valyrians destroyed it. It was where Prince Garin the Great came from and gathered his army of 250000 Rhoynar to attack the Valyrians.
12) Sunspear
-this one is ambiguous but Sunspear is basically the last cultural and architectural capital for the Rhoynar because of the Spear Tower and the Tower of the Sun.
13) Pyke
-this one is really meh, more than Sunspear, but Pyke is an ancient castle and has been the seat of House Greyjoy since the Age of Heroes. It's not a crazy architectural wonder like Casterly Rock or something but the way all the keeps are on individual islands connected by bridges has always struck me as weird but cool.
CHANGES--
I think you could make some of the existing wonders more specific for immersion. Not sure if it was done intentionally but here are my thoughts:
Old Volantis --> Great Wall of Volantis (there is also another wonder in Volantis called the Long Bridge but I'm not sure if you are going to implement it)
Braavos --> Titan of Braavos
Qarth --> Triple Walls of Qarth
Mereen --> Great Pyramid of Mereen
Yunkai --> Great Pyramid of Qaggaz
Norvos --> Three Bells of Norvos
Old Ghis --> Great Pyramid of Ghis (this is eh because I think they pyramid is in ruins at this point)
Vaes Kweho --> Palace with 1000 Rooms (same as above, I think it's already in ruins)
It’s a bit unfortunate that More Bloodlines split King’s Landing and Oldtown, since that split doesn’t mesh very well with what Cities of Wonders are meant to represent. The same apply to Volantis in AGoT, but to a slightly lesser degree.
Adding in the wonders you have suggested would have to be in another side project.
The current naming scheme is very intentional as a City of Wonders is meant to represent cities and not just individual wonders. Currently, all of the Cities of Wonders placed on the map are just placeholders, and does not contain any of the unique wonders that are intended to be there.
I do have a discord, but I'm not particularly active there. But I should still get notifications if I’m contacted there.

Now I feel stupid XD I completely forgot the original purpose of CoW. I was thinking more along the lines of the vanilla wonders. Sorry about that.
I was thinking that might be the case. Apologies for confusing cities of wonders with wonders again.
Just sent a friend request, hopefully we can talk more there.
