Report a translation problem
In the future, please identify which mod the hediff belongs to and whether or not it has been correctly configured, and open an issue on GitHub.
It looks like a couple of Rimatomics radiation-related hediffs were intrinsically "bad" hediffs, yet also non-tendable, so the current MedPod logic didn't regard them as treatable. However, they do have a makesSickThought flag.
The next update of MedPod will now also look for this flag, so most radiation sickness hediffs will soon be automatically treatable.
I'll also manually patch the Radiation Buildup hediff to be treatable, since they're both non-tendable and do not produce sick thoughts in pawns.
