vetpod idea
I don't know how the game's logic works, but an option in the surgery menu to ''carry to vetpod' would be nice. As of right now my colonists completely ignore the vetpod, and instead put the animals in their beds. If I delete all the beds I can get the animals into the vetpod's, but this requires going 1 by 1, as colonists seem to 'forget' there are other downed animals that need saving.

Another idea would be something similar to the 'cryo-sleep casket', where you can just 'load' in pawns for it. I'm not sure how you'd specify when a pawn needs to be loaded, though maybe it could be a threshold for bleeding/infection/debuff.

I really enjoy using this mod, thank you for making something for me to keep my bug army alive and well. We'll spare you when the time comes <3

Sorry for the late reply!

As of v1.3.0, I've reworked both the MedPod and VetPod to use custom Work and JobGivers, so that pawns will more reliably prioritize using MedPods/VetPods over regular medical beds. This also means that downed animals will be immediately hauled to VetPods rather than being tended on-the-spot first.

Being able to transfer pawns from beds to MedPods/VetPods is on my todo list, which again will require a custom Work/JobGiver. I'll see if I can have something working for the next update.

Alright, the latest release of MedPod should allow wounded animals to be automatically transferred from animal beds to VetPods.
