Weapons not spawning with attachments

Anyone know why some weapons don't spawn with attachments? I've set up the CE files properly and the weapons spawn in, but almost never with attachments. I changed the chance in cfgspawnabletypes to 100% for everything but there's never a buttstock/handguard, just an ACOG on them sometimes.

This fixed itself. The guns on the map were still there from initially loading the mod without CE set up. I just didn't wait long enough.
