My take on this Beauty:

The Compact Combustor
Level 4 Flamethrower

[+] Enables a fourth loadout slot that you can use to equip an additional secondary or melee weapon.

[-] 50% decreased particle lifetime.

Details:
• Equipping 2 secondaries of identical type results in a shared ammo-pool.

• 50% decreased particle lifetime halves the flamethrower's range and severely cuts the damage output.
