Ammo bug

So I noticed that changing the ammo type via the INIs makes it so that all existing tamed torpeos can craft previous ammo types. Strangely as well, newly tamed torpeos only have blueprints added on server restart.

As a feature request, it would be nice to disable inventory crafting all together.
