Migration from old N+, old S+, or other variants
There is a few gotchas that should be known about when migrating from the old N+, old versions of S+ (before the 2020 update), or other S+-based forks.

Renaming of Homestead structures to avoid conflicts

In the 2020 update, S+ renamed all structures that were conflicting in name with the Homestead structures. This means that if you build any of those, they'll turn into vanilla Homestead variants, instead of S+/N+ variants.

This affects all Homestead structures
- Triangle Foundations, Roofs & Ceilings
- Double Door + Frame
- Large Walls
- Fence Supports
- Dedicated Storage
- Flex Pipes/Cables

For most of those structures, the difference is largely in name only. However, there is a few key differences that can be important.

Most importantly, if you used the S+ option to increase foundation support, or allow unlimited support, then Triangle Foundations/Ceilings may collapse if they do not have proper ground support.

Additionally, vanilla Dedicated Storage are limited to 1800 stacks, instead of the 10000 stacks S+/N+ allows - hence when existing Dedicated Storage turn into Homestead variants, any resource over 1800 stacks are lost.

These changes by themselves are generally a good thing. The naming conflicts caused various issues, which could surprise many players or admins. Unfortunately, there is no good way to automatically migrate the structures from Homestead to the new S+/N+ structures.

For the foundations, I can only recommend to temporarily add support through pillars, or maybe cliff platforms if possible, and then re-build the floors in new N+ Triangles.
