N+ propagator (Spelling?) allows you to bypass neutered and Spayed dinos. Meaning that in PVE, when you sell your dino (normally Neutered or Spayed) they can bypass this with the propagator. This can be stopped by making it so you cant change the gender of the dino, but this also makes it so you cant use the mutation options. I haven't ever coded a mod, but would it be possible to split the options in the ini?
