N+ tek trasnmitters won't let us do boss fights
At any N+ tek trasmitters on the map, we don't get the boss "recipes" in the tribute tab. They are still at Obelisks, but it kind of screwed up our plans for the night. this is since last patch(338.24).

any one esle have this issue?
