Vanilla Ottomans mission tree, "Second golden age of islam"
the mission requires you to have a modifier, but with this mod the unification of Islam occurs differently than in vanilla and you do not receive a modifier, how then to complete the task?
P.S. And how can I leave the Ottoman reforms without becoming a caliphate?
