Please fix custom nations and released colonial nations

When you create a colonial nation and then release it then unpause, its map color will turn white.
Likewise with custom nations when you tag switch to them and then away from them, again they turn to white... Please fix this already it's been literally over a year and somehow it keeps getting ignored?
