I am playing as Naples > Italy and since 1545 every year or even twice in a year i get the event "A promising Candidate" which makes me choose between a Adm advisor, a Mil advisor and a General. It's not really game breaking but it gets annoying after you realize all your available admin and military advisors are called Egidio Timpone and are all Discipline or Stability cost modifier XD
