[BUG] Mod breaks sandbox settings
This mod possibly breaks the generation of SP Sandbox games as of v41.66.

I had set water and electricity to shut down only after 6-12 months. However, they both shut down on day 14.

Editing the map_sand.bin file with Notepad++, I've noticed that some of my sandbox settings have not been applied. Water and Electricity shut off, but also GeneratorFuelConsumption, XpMultiplier and others were using "Apocalypse" default values.

I've tried generating new games using my preferred settings, but every one of them ended up with the same issue.

After disabling this mod (and only it), my settings were properly applied and saved to map_sand.bin.
