unable to see mod options while making server settings for mods with the mod

So how to set options for dedicated server?

Return to main menu prompt?

Is it possible somehow to make the game show a prompt which would tell the user to return to main menu for settings to take effect after they press "apply" or "accept" the same way game does when you change some graphics settings? (changes to ui for instance require this to be done)
