INI settings do not appear to be working
Ive cut and pasted your example INI, and reduced the Aura size down to .1, there is no effect on dinos that are already ranked up. I also changed Kills, to 10, to see if that would work (proving the INI is being read) and it did not.

This is the paste, of my INI.

View the discussion regarding INI setting and their min/max. You cannot go below the minimum or outside the maximum or they reset back to default.

TierKills will never allow below 50 kills between rankings, so that will always be the minimum. Any less than that is basically giving you free stat increases for doing nothing. On my own dedicated server that uses various Dino Mods, I use 1000.

Aura size current minimum is 0.25, but I'm uploading a fix today for server-only issues with the F2 key not working after you re-log. It will reduce the minimum INI setting for auras down to 0.0 to get rid of them completely. Eventually I'll 2 other INI settings for auras, one with a UI that allows you to increase/decrease the size however you want while riding, and another to automatically turn it off while riding and reapply when dismounting.

Ahh... That makes sense, and No, I didnt see the min settings part.
