For some reason the floor is bricks and weird textures is it because of an addon or my fault?

There's an area where the buildings disappear and go to the sky box and when you leave the area, it goes away. (Note: I noticed this when I was making a save.)

It's not the save and I tried on the map it's self and the bug was there. I'll make a Twitter (X) acc later and I'll show a recording.
