Provincial Abilities
To make each province statetroops more unique than just a reskin, each province received a small ability both reflecting the province lore and slightly impacting their base stats. This way you might want to recruit Reikland swordsmen for their better equipment, artillery with more ammo from Nuln or stubborn Middenheim spearmen that are gonna stay in melee a bit longer.

Here is the list of the changes :

Reikland - Emperor's call

Reiklanders almost always answer an Imperial call-to-arms in large numbers, and feel as if its their duty to come to the aid of less fortunate parts of the Empire.
  • +5 AP damages

Middenland - Firebrands

Middenlanders are famed for their stubborn ways. Their Teutogen blood has given them a reputation as fierce and unrelenting soldiers on the battlefield.
  • +10% melee damage when loosing in melee

Nordland - Norscan Mongrels

Modern Imperials look on Norscans with a mixture of admiration and fear, seeing them both as powerful warriors and wild, uncivilized barbarians, not to be trusted around one's daughters or sheep.
  • +10% Charge bonus for melee infantry

Hochland - Famed Huntsmen

In Hochland, it is often said that a man may love his longrifle more than his wife.
  • +10% Range for ranged units

Ostland - Bull-Headed

Ostlanders have a reputation for being bull-headed, and, among their Imperial brethren, it is an open question as to which would win in a contest of wills between a Dwarf and an Ostlander who has made up his mind on a matter.
  • +5% Physical Resistance

Ostermark - Unity

Stout defenders of their homes and fortified villages, the Ostermarkers learned to value cooperation, realising that they were stronger together than apart.
  • -10% Recruitment cost

Talabecland - Wildlings

Their private pride in their forestcraft is well-earned. Even town-born men take their sons to the wilds to teach them how to follow a trail, light a fire, and catch a meal.
  • Speed bonus in forest battles

Stirland - Fatalists

Stirlanders have long known, and accepted, that a dismal end awaits us all. They do not fear the end, but they do prepare for it.
  • +5 Leadership

Averland - Brigundian

The Brigundians developed a reputation as fierce warriors who liked to strike fast and hard. Averlanders continue to uphold this tradition to the present day.
  • +10 % Charge Bonus for light cavalry

Solland - Mountainmen

Hard-times has pushed the people of Old Solland to earn their trade in the foothills and mountains. They are proficient at traversing even the most difficult terrain.
  • Immune to mountain attrition

Wissenland - Soot-stained

The city of Nuln is considered the Imperial Armoury of the Empire. From its workshops and factories, the city churns out some of the most devatating black-powder weaponry known to Mankind.
  • +10% ammo for artillery and gunners

Marienburg - Smugglers

Coin is king in Marienburg, and those who do not know how to get hold of it rarely last long.
  • Adapted version of the Sartosa ability

More to come with Sylvania or other human populated areas :)
