Ok I figured out how to pick them up, but I still dont know where to put them, is in in the Purple smoke circle or is it right next to the chopper

Carry the dead per towards the purple smoke, the dead per should disappear and a replacement should jump out the chopper

how do you carry the dead?
what button or action do i need to take? can i load my dead into a vehicle?

Figured it out. So I'll post here since OP did not bother. Click on soldier> move to KIA> Click Adv Options or whatever in the little menu at bottom right> Click pick up ( i think it was called ..has a hand icon)>click KIA
